Did you get my box!?

One of the most common questions we get is, “did you get my box?!”

We understand that customers get eager to receive payment as soon as they can see the package has been delivered to us.   We typically do send payment the same day that shipment is received; however, we receive many many shipments everyday, and so it takes time for us to go through each shipment.   Depending on what time the shipments were received, and also depending on the volume of shipments received sometimes it takes an extra day for us to process all new shipments.

If you can see that the package has been delivered to us, then we kindly ask you to rest assured that your shipment will be reviewed and payment issued just as soon as possible.   We like to keep our customers happy by paying as quick as possible!
