Please read this agreement carefully and recognize your rights & obligations before you sell test strips to DiabeticPay.com

  • Please DO NOT ship supplies that have already been used, have broken seals, or that don’t match the products that we agreed to purchase from you, because they WILL NOT be purchased and WILL NOT be returned. Thank you! 
  • We do not buy International boxes, we only buy test strips with NDC codes.

  • Please do NOT sell supplies that you need.

  • The goal of this site is for us to build a working relationship with our clients by purchasing extra diabetic supplies that would otherwise go to waste. We work with people who make these unused diabetic supplies available to others who don’t have medical insurance.

  • If your supplies meet all of the terms and conditions stated, DiabeticPay.com agrees to disperse the total agreed payment within 2 business days.
    If the next business day is a holiday the payout will be issued on the following business day.

    By using this site: it will mean you agree to the below Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this site.

     

  • I certify that I am the sole and rightful owner of the item(s) being sold to DiabeticPay.com or possess the rights to sell them from the rightful owner. I understand that if any item turns out to have been stolen, I will not receive compensation for the items or receive the supplies back.

  • I agree not hold DiabeticPay.com liable for lost, damaged, stolen packages, for delivery carrier errors or delays. Once our payment transaction is in process I understand my items may NOT be returned to me under any circumstance.

  • I understand that I cannot sell any test strips that are paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.
  • I understand if I ship any products to this company that do not meet their damage and expiration date guidelines, I will not be paid for them and they will not be shipped backed to me.

  • Upon the receipt and inspection I agree to transfer all rights, title and interests I may have or had with my supplies to DiabeticPay.com.

  • I understand that DiabeticPay.com has not made any representation to me that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to a fair market value.

  • I agree that DiabeticPay.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to DiabeticPay.com will not have any liability to me in excess of the final value assigned by DiabeticPay.com at the time of inspection for the item.

  • I agree that DiabeticPay.com, its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to DiabeticPay.com will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive, incidental or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of this agreement.

  • I agree to giving DiabeticPay.com permission to communicate with me via email, text and phone call to go over price changes, new offers, and follow up information pertaining to your order.
