Q: When I do get paid?
A. We issue payment upon receiving the products. If you are local, then we will pay you cash on the spot in exchange for your product.
If you have shipped us your products then we will send you payment upon delivery. We kindly ask you to give us up to two business days to issue your payment; however, we typically pay the same day that your shipment is received. We take pride in paying our customers very fast!
If your shipment was delivered on a weekend, holiday, or if your shipment arrived late in the day then typically it will be processed and paid on the following business day. We receive many shipments every day so just depending on the volume of shipments received then sometimes it can an extra day for us to process your shipment and send payment. We strive to send payment very quickly as we know that our customers are often eager to get paid once they see the tracking information shows the package has been delivered. You can always reach out to us you’d like to know the status of your payment.
If there were issues with your shipment such as receiving damaged products, or unexpected products, or some other issue, then we will reach out to you first to resolve the issue before sending payment.
Q: How is payment made?
A. Currently we offer payment by Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or check by mail.
If you are local and can bring us your products directly then we can pay you cash in hand.
If you need to be paid through another method of payment then please let us know and we will see if we are able to accommodate you.
Q: Where should I ship the boxes to?
A: Our only shipping location is in Dunedin, Florida.
We will provide you with a free shipping label with our exact mailing address before you ship out your products.
Q: Is there free shipping?
A. Yes! Shipping is free and a customer service rep will email you a shipping label.
Q: Should I remove the labels on the boxes of diabetic test strips?
A. If your boxes have labels, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE LABELS as this can damage the boxes and reduce their value or even make them worthless. Please be assured that we will remove all labels upon receiving them.
If you want to protect your personal information then you can use a black marker to cover your information on the stickers, but please be careful not to get onto the actual boxes.
If you have to remove the labels then please make sure to remove them very carefully so as not to cause any damage to the boxes.
Q: What kinds of diabetic products do you buy?
A: We accept most types of retail and mail order test strips like One Touch Ultra Blue, One Touch Verio, Accu-Chek Aviva Plus, Freestyle, Contour Next, Dexcoms, and MUCH MUCH MORE! Please reach out to us to find out if we can buy your specific products.
Q: Do you buy Lancets or Blood Glucose Meters?

Q: How can I trust that you will send me the money?
A: We are in business to stay in business. We know that most of our customers get diabetic supplies on a regular basis so we would like you to be satisfied with your experience selling your strips so that you will continue to sell us products for a very long time.
